Director of Skunkworks
Sony Online Entertainment
President at Sony Online Entertainment
Nathan worked at SOE for a very long time. During his tenure here he helped create our entire online presence and design our social features from in-game to our out of game experience. He is extremely creative and easy to work with and is very good at getting his work done in a timely fashion and with excellent quality. He knows games inside and out and thinks of new features years ahead of our competition. He would be a valuable person to have in any organization and he’s a wonderful person.

The time I worked with Nathan Pearce was such a pleasure. He was a driven and attentive leader of our R & D team. He treated each person on our team with the utmost respect and made everyone feel like a valued member of the team. Nathan always clearly articulated his vision of the product and did so in way that was inspiring and enthusiastic. His attitude, knowledge, and skills created a work environment that motivated his team members to produce their best work. I highly recommend Nathan for any future endeavors he pursues.

Web Artist II at Sony Online Entertainment
Nathan was an incredible boss at Sony Online Entertainment. He was a great motivator, instructor, and manager of all Skunkworks projects. Working with him made me a better artist and helped me want to be a more valuable employee. I’m going to miss working with him and all the other great people at SOE. If I was offered another job to work with Nathan again in the future I wouldn’t even have to think twice about taking it.

Nathan is the definition of an “Idea Guy” every conversation you have with him ends up sparking 10 new, unique and innovative ideas and each of them is usually worth some serious thought. He is a very inspiring guy to know and work beside and I always look forward to seeing what he’ll come up with next.

Nathan Pearce is the personification of optimism and creativity.
He is continually planning new ways to improve the online experience for customers, and to grow his companies business.
Over the years working with Nathan, I have found that he is a tremendous resource, both professionally, with his complete understanding of the culture and business of online media, with his passionate and creative vision for products, and as a friend who always gives reliable honest counsel.
In my 11 years in games, Nathan is the best in his field of work that I have met.
I give him my highest endorsement.

Nathan’s hard work on SOE’s website helped inspire fansites to look great. Nathan personally worked with Me when EQInterface.com was just being created giving tips on how to improve flow and assuing that we had exposure inside the SOE network.
This readiness to help small sites and being approachable makes SOE’s web presence top notch and still sets the standard that many web sites aspire too.
